2015 Riverboat Cruise Recap
The 2015 Riverboat Safety Cruise in Stillwater, Minnesota was another success. Thank you to all who participated!
This year marked the 19th Annual Safety Cruise. To celebrate, the cruise had an island theme to it. To get everyone in the spirit, floral leis were handed out at registration at both the MIN terminal and at the dock in Stillwater. A toucan was even spotted at the dock, handing out candy and greeting guests.
The safety event started with a presentation by the 34th Military Police Company Color Guard, followed by a duet of our National Anthem, sung by Craig Lunde and Mandi Gillette. Following the Anthem, Wounded Warrior Project Alumni Jason Halvorson shared his personal experience and information about the Project.
