For the third consecutive year, the MIN Agency was awarded the Complete and Accurate Dispatch Certificate.  This certificate was awarded for having an Agency Customer Service incident rate lower than the overall company average in 2015.  We take pride in providing excellent customer service to both the driver and the customer.  We will continue to provide this quality service in 2016 and beyond.
